Grade A Listed Restaurant Development

Horsley Townsend have recently submitted a Listed Building application for the refurbishment and conversion of the Grade A listed Townhouse, Glasgow. Located in the heart of the Glasgow shopping district and spread over seven floors, this prominent landmark requires a sensitive approach in its conversion. Built in the Early 20th Century Townhouse began as a Liberal Club and has undergone many changes of use in the intervening period. As part of the application, Horsley Townsend sourced the original 1909 plans for the building and began unravelling its numerous additions and removals to produce a coherent and delicate proposal.
